My passion-connection with Roxy Music started about 11 years ago when I first saw the movie “Velvet Goldmine”. I was a huge fan of scottish actor Ewan McGregor and this was one of my favourite movies – still is – and my favourite soundtrack.
Back then I has just became a duranie and I read in an article that Roxy Music was one of the bands that influenced my favourite band. So I decided to research and download some songs, but I limited myself to look for the songs that appeared in the movie Velvet Goldmine. Between all those, “Ladytron” soon became my favourite.
I remember listening to it over and over again…that was in 2001…

For me it was Avalon, especially “The Space Between” that got me into the Band back then! It was a turning Point
I got a thing for Avalon, which I’m still going to explain, because I havent had time to finish this page… XD But lately I’m very into the album “Country Life”. =)
